If you are outside the Sydney Metropolitan Area and you are worried about chair repairs or the logistics of the chairs you need repaired, we can arrange for a courier to transport your chair/s or we can post office chair parts to you if you are confident that you could do the repairs yourself. Our gas lifts come with a 3 yrs warranty while our other repairs come with a full 12months parts and labour guarantee. How do I get my chair to you? You don’t, we come and fix it on site, we offer a full pick up and delivery service anywhere in Sydney metro area. How often do you need to steam clean and why? Usually every six months depending on time spent on the chair A regular steam clean will take away stains, scum and build up and fabric will last much longer .(And everyone loves a clean chair) We come after hours so nothing is disrupted and they will be dry by morning.
